Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of acceptance

We will ship your order as soon as it is accepted - we'll make sure it is on its way to you within 2 business days of acceptance via your chosen shipping method. We will send you tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Acceptance of orders

All orders are subject to acceptance - placing an order through one of our sales channels does not guarantee order acceptance. Whilst we try to make sure that available quantities advertised on our online stores and used to calculate available stock are up-to-date with our inventory, technology is not always perfect. Other circumstances could also lead to us being unable to fulfil an order, such as logistical difficulties. We therefore reserve the right not to cancel an order at any time before we fulfil it. If we cancel an order, we will provide you with a full refund, which you will receive as described in our refund policy.

We will try our best to fulfil all orders, even if they are going to take longer than expected. If there is going to be a delay with fulfilling the order (i.e. if we cannot ship your order within 2 business days of acceptance), we may provide you with the option to continue with the order, or to cancel it and receive a refund.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping methods available (and their costs) will be shown at checkout. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs, unless we have otherwise agreed (e.g. as part of a discount or promotion that includes shipping). Where shipping costs are payable, they will be collected at checkout time, but we will refund them if we do not accept or cannot fulfil an order.

Estimated shipping times

Estimated shipping times will be shown at checkout - these times are estimates of how long the item will take to ship after acceptance of an order. They are indicative only and we do not accept any liability if shipments are delayed and items are not received within the estimated time.

However, please note that if there is a delay or a problem, we want to make it right. If you have not received your item within the estimated shipping time, please start by contacting your chosen shipping carrier - they should be able to track your package and explain the delay. Your shipping carrier's contact details should be available on your shipment tracking confirmation. If the carrier is unable to help you, please contact us at shop@seaspritzco.com.au.

Delivery of shipments and risk

You will receive a tracking reference when your shipment is dispatched. Your shipping carrier's tracking system will confirm when the shipment is delivered. Neither we nor your shipping carrier are responsible for packages after they are delivered. Following confirmation of delivery to your nominated location, shipments are at your risk. As such, please ensure that you select a shipping method with appropriate security (e.g. signature on delivery, delivery to a safe lockbox).

Import laws, taxes and duties

We would love for people around the world to try our products! As such, we are happy to consider orders from any country to which we can legally ship and in which we can easily comply with tax and import obligations. We can easily ship any of our products to Australia and New Zealand for the prices shown on our website - no further taxes or duties are payable. Whilst customers from other countries may place orders, we will confirm that we are able to fulfil these orders prior to acceptance. We may determine that you need to pay additional taxes or duties, or we may cancel orders that we cannot fulfil.
